Where It All Began
The concern began with the plight of cleaning workers who often become the unfortunate "victims" of various crimes, such as theft or vandalism, within institutions. To uplift their dignity and change their narrative, three visionary founders came together to establish ASH, a labor-intensive company aimed at providing a dignified and respected livelihood for cleaning workers. ASH is dedicated to transforming the role of cleaning workers, elevating their profession beyond just cleaning and waste disposal. Through ASH, these workers are recognized as valuable professionals, respected and honored for their essential contributions to society.
